We will be taking part in CORA Rehabilitation's 5K Run/Walk Health Fair. The hours will be from 8am-12 noon.

Free Workout Sessions, MMA & BJJ Training Exhibitions, 5K Run, Health Screens, Giveaways. There will be other things to do there as well so feel free to stay a while. Water will be provided on site. Hope to see you all there.
