So that wasn't his best performance no but on the plus side he wasn't winded at the end of round 1.

That fight just confirmed by belief that Rory will beat him easily. Tag him from the outside on route to a UD.

Hard to look good when you're fighting a guy running with a iron chin praying he hits you with a counter.

It's pretty easy to not gas when you don't do much.

Also, since when is showing up in fighting condition an admirable trait? Isn't that the bare minimum we should expect?

He looked good IMO and his gas tank is in fact pretty good.

    Burkman chin is just sick.

    People are underestimating Burkman's chin.

Burkman is one tough motherfucker. Hector hit him with some serious shots. I am afraid Hector might be slowing down.

It's hard to gas when your opponent doesn't get in your face and push a pace. Burkman went backwards the whole time, so Lombard dictated how often exchanges happened.

He has the skills to be a champ, especially after that WW title fight recently. All that's been missing is his tank. If Overeem can learn to pace himself at Jackson's surely Hector can.

I want to cheer for the dude but he makes it really hard.

He looked only slightly less gassed than usual to me.

Funny how everyone's heaping blame on Lombard.
Burkman was literally running at times.
    He is to blame.

This again is a testament to how dangerous Lombard is.
Matt Brown is getting knocked out.

Good luck at being champ in the WW division with no cardio.....the belt would be a hot potato.

Nobody in nearly 40 fights and 12 years has ever 'just put Josh away'. Not via strikes.
