Weird pains going on

Definitely sounds like shingles

so many of you are saying that and its kind of freaking me out. its only my shoulder though, wouldnt shingles be widespread? and I would say I'm a pretty high strung individual, but my stress levels lately have been a 5 or 6 at the most. I think shingles would have popped up when I was sitting at a 8+ for weeks on end.
