Weighted Clothing

all day is asking for problems and wierd stares.

Jst remember fat people get join problems because they carry the wieght al the time. Healthy people go through cycles of low and high intensity.

Yeah, and us fatties get joint problems even though we get fat gradually, so throwing on 80lbs overnight might suck for your knees bro.

On the other hand, some sprints, long hikes, BW exercises etc. while wearing those type of vests would be excellent tools for a fighter in my estimation.

Dude that shit rocks. Remember Goku wore like 200ish lbs of gear evenly distributed over his body and he eventually got to be super saijin 4.

I've trained Muay Thai with ankley and wrist weights. Makes it uber hard and slows you the fuck down.

If you train for speed with weights it will help. You'l take em off and feel uber fast.

looks like it would be great for weighted chinups and such as well, I just put that on my xmas list :)

Yeah, my instructor always tells us to wear the heaviest ass shoes all day long before fighting. Then when you take them off, your kicks fly.

I always recommend against kicking with weights. If you do it, for the love of god, don't snap your joints, or you can kiss them goodbye. It can also lead to muscle tears if you kick high because you won't be able to regulate speed of the stretch and you'll go into ballistic territory very soon.

Ankle weights and stuff are brilliant training tool, but I never kick with them.
