    Weights have improved ur performance? Plz list watching abilities it has enhanced

    Deadlifts have improved my ability to break guard by standing up and lifting my opponent off the ground. I regularly do that guard break against guys who weigh anywhere from 220 to 300 lbs. Guys that big never expect it.

    My double leg is much more explosive since I started doing squats and cleans.
