I graduated HS at a whopping 170lbs @ 6ft tall. 10 years later, I was the exact same. I had considered the possiblity that I was a "hard gainer". Then, I started reading the D&S...

I recently put on 10 lean lbs in about two months. I didn't change supps and I didn't change my workout. I just started eating more. Not really a revelation for most of you learned folks out there, I know, but I just thought I'd share.

Based on my recent weight gain, I am now of the opinion that "hard gainer" means little more than, "he who eats like a supermodel."

Just thought I'd share.

Agree.

Peddle your witchcraft elsewhere, young bacon.

I totally agree. I'm sick of whining, sniveling, self-entitled "hardgainers." There's an easy solution: Eat! There are very complicated problems in the realm of fitness and nutrition. This isn't one of them.
