Weight cutting for no gi

Im entering my 1st no gi tourney soon, i should have 2-3 hours between weigh ins and my matches, how much water weight will i be able to safely cut and what do you think the best way to go about this will be? :-)
 
at most 4 pounds honestly with weigh ins that close to your match
 
Don't do too much or you may gas. Also take into account the tournament size, rank and prestige. Its your first tournament and probably not some huge deal, is it really that important to you to make a big weigh cut???
 
I wouldn't even bother cutting weight.
 
Yeah don't cut. Show up and compete, you are going to be overwhelmed by the waiting game, bracketing, coaching, etc you may as well just show up and give it 100% gain the experience and think about cutting weight once all the other stuff is second nature.
 
Anyone know the best method of losing 3-4lbs water weight? And once i reach that weight, what should i do?
 
i know ppl that would cut alot of water weight for tournaments because u can drink alot of water or pedilite if u watch all the weight in most ufc fighters drink that after they weigh in and alot of the kids on my wrestling team would do that to
