Since T-wood wants to move up in weight and fight at a contender. Why doesn't he take on Weidman?

Yeah after seeing Kelvin drop him I think TWood would get the KO on Weidman. Also after seeing Woodley's phenominal TD defense against Maia I don't see Weidman taking him down nor keeping him down if he does.

I hate to say it but that is a really rough stylistic matchup for Weidman. I still think he would take a decision win though.

I like both but Woodley gets done up. Stop using MMA math, it doesn't work. Woodley got KOed by Nate who got done up by Silva who got done up by Weidman, twice. See how stupid that shit sounds. Weidman is longer and has better cardio. Not to mention, Woodley likes to back himself up against the cage, which will enable Weidman to tag him up from the outside.
 
Tyron is reduced to a punchers chance. Weidman has performed very well against top strikers and clearly has a grappling advantage. Does anyone think Twood can be technically superior on the feet or mat? Punchers chance.

Sounds like you didn't watch the Romero fight tbh.

Weidman won the first based on inactivity from Romero, then Romero made him look like a dumbass in the second round. Then Romero caved his skull in lol.

You must've missed Tyrone's fight vs Rory. Weidman actually has a pretty comparable skillset to Rory in terms of well-roundedness and would pressure and confuse Tyrone making the poor guy look like a helpless buffoon for 5 rounds if not tko him at some point
