Actually you can lose that kind of weight if you have a high metabolism & were only maintaining a higher weight by eating alot & lifting weights. I hurt my back last year & dropped from 200 pounds to 175 pounds within 4 months because I wasn't able to do any lifting for awhile & I guess my natural weight without lifting was around 175 or 180.You do not lose that kid of weight from a broken foot. I've broke mine. I gained weight.
I've also took months off from training and the loses were negligible
