week wrist

:icon_arrothis is sort of a stupid problem to have but as far back as i can rememeber ive have week wrist. not limp wrist ha ha but week wrist. what kind of work out drill can i do to strengthen them up so when i hit it hurts them more than me.
 
I've seen Kostya Tzu do a couple of wrist exercises.

One is with the weight plate tied to the string and he rolls the string up quickly on the bar (quite common)

The other is where he is in push up position and he rolls out on his wrists and then back up onto his fists. I think he does inside rolls as well. I tried to find it on youtube for you but I just got caught up watching his highlight reels and fights.
 
try knife hand pushups (on the outer edge of ur hands), and knuckle pushups... u can also try knuckle pushups with ur fist rolled so that only the knuckle at the base of ur finger is touching the ground...

towel pullups are great as well
