Neither Elite XC, Affliction, DREAM, etc. co-promote or share fighters with Zuffa

They each belong in their own seperate forum, but maybe "Heavyweight" should be removed from the forum description so as to not imply the superiority of one product over another

According to Sherdog, WEC still has more top 10 fighters under contract than both Affliction and EliteXC combined. Affliction hasn't even put on a show yet, we don't know if they have staying power. EliteXC is up for debate considering their CBS deal, but there are still rumors of unstability. And with talent like Kimbo versus James Thompson headlining their next event, it doesn't look as legit as the WEC's next event, for instance, headlined by Faber/Pulver, Torres/Maeda and Curran/Brown.

How is Kimbo headlining EliteXC main events any different than Brock Lesnar headlining main events? EliteXC and UFC are more alike than some of us would care to admit. Both put entertainment ala pro wrestling before sport and competition.
