Wearing beanies at they gym

Why do some guys wear beanies at the gym? They'd come in dressed in shorts, tank tops and a beanie covering their heads. It makes no sense at all. Why would anybody want to be wearing winter hats while exercising?

-do they think it makes them look cool?

-cover up bad hair?

-soak up sweat?

Anyway whatever the reason, I think it looks stupid. Definitely a fashion faux pas like wearing sunglasses at night, ugg boots in the summer or white ties.

just remember though, wearing a hoodie is just giving somebody just cause to shoot you. especially if you are seen coming from a mini mart with ice tea and skittles.

I see a lot of guys wearing baseball caps in the gym too, I don't get it. Maybe to keep sweat out of their eyes I guess, but there are more efficient ways to accomplish that.

I take it the guy in the picture below your post is wearing a beanie. Those were skull caps or skullies when I cared to know these things. Beanies used to look like yamakas just a little bigger.
