HW Stipe - Good fighter still somewhat unproven

    LHW DC - Paper Champ

    MW Bisping - lol

WW T Wood - Unproven and most likely gets dusted by Wonderboy

LW Alvarez - Gets beaten by most guys in the Top 10

FW Conor - Posterboy losing to middle of the pack fighters @LW instead of defending his belt

BW Cruz - easily #1 P4P fighter in the UFC. A true Champ.

FLW MM - Can't believe I'm saying this but the UFC is lucky to have another consistent champ

  2. As far as I'm concerned, these are all brand new divisions post-USADA. Anyone complaining about title shots needs to get fucking real. None of these guys are established champions anymore.

Look at who they beat before they became champs. You're shitting on RDA, Werdum, Aldo, and TJ (fuck salty Rochold).

    These guys are LEGITIMATE champs.

You didn't list Joanna who alone makes this a very strong group of champs.

The late mid 2000s was much weaker.

Conor Mcgregor will never will defend his belt.

Besides lhw, this is a result of the competition being the toughest it's ever been for all divisions across the board. It's not so much that the current Champs are weak

Not sure what realist means to you. But a realist would say DC is the true champ. Realism doesn't waste time with who you think should hold the belt. It looks instead at who has the belt and who defends it.

A realist doesn't call a guy who has beaten Condit, Gastelum, and Lawler untested.

A realist doesn't say that a guy with three straight top ten wins loses to most of the top ten.

They're not weak, just dumb. A lot of of the former champs lost their belt because of stupid mistakes.

I'm good with MM, Cruz, and Joanna.

Nunes - Wins belt and instantly wants to play matchmaker to have a contender eliminated with Pena/Valentina
Conor - Taking 2nd consecutive fight outside of the division he won the belt while still sitting at 0 defenses.
LW - So far, not bad.
WW - Instantly shows no interest in #1 contender and calls out a suspended fighter
MW - Will be defending the belt against an over the hill Hendo
LHW - 1 title defense, a split decision
HW - So far, not bad and actually defending against a legit contender.

I rememeber when the LHW division went through a phase where fighters were playing hot patato with the belt and then Jones appeared.

Seems to be the same thing but now happening with several divisions. Also talent like Anderson silva, GSP, Jones are unique and not every champion is gonna dominate their divison like they did.

You guys are simply new fans trying to fool yourselves into believing you're watching a superior product...

Fedor, GSP, and Jones have already decimated most of the current Top 10s in their respective divisions lol...

MMA just seems to be lacking dominant fighters not as a result of competition, but rather retirement of the old guard and in Jones situation USADA

The overall point stands that this is an extremely weak stable of champs.
