No. BJ Penn is in no shape to get back in the Octagon. He just rolled his truck, and is being investigated for a DUI. His partner has a restraining order against him. There's vidoe out there of him in bar fights last year, and he was even accused of threatening a farmer with a machete. Some of this might be BS< but some of it clearly is not.

Fighters need self-control. BJ Penn isn't showing he has much.
