    Cmon. This is like when a fighter says "I have never declined a fight", even though their management declines numerous times. Technically by the letter of the law they are not lying...but they're not being truthful.

    Bisping, GSP and numerous fighters have played this wordsmith game. Dana has done it the most. And he's doing it again now.

    They're in negotiations with Brock's people. We all know this.

    PS, no, I am not a GSP or Bisping hater. They're just the first 2 that came to mind.

    If they book him for a fight then he enters the USADA testing pool.

    They have to pretend Brock's a last minute replacement again, so he doesn't have to get tested for for 4 months prior to fighting.

    Why are we even talking about Brock? Like he has a chance in hell against any of the top heavyweights nowadays... look what Overeem did to him... AND most importantly, this is the USADA era. After he re-entered the testing pool, it looked like a saggy old man. All he's got is a Ken Shamrock "puncher's chance" against any of those guys.

    It kind of sucks that Brock gets immediate title shots without having to earn them. I know he is a HUGE draw with PPV's, but wouldn't he still be a draw if he was fighting #1 contender on the undercard? Does he have a clause in contract that he has to defend the title if he beats DC? I will watch it, but I don't like it.

    That only worked the first time. According to the rules in place if a fighter didn't go off USADA then they don't have to do the 6 months, for special 'last minute' circumstances. He had never gone off USADA. He had left prior to USADA.

    Now, can they decide to change policy at the last minute? I suppose. But they didn't change policy at the last minute last time.

    I'm no apologist. It was shady. But they never went off policy. I'm just explaining the facts.
