im sure this has been discussed before, but i used the search function and was not comming up with anything.

as people say stuff im just going to add it to my original post so there is kind of like a running list

You could try John Napolitano's Gamma-O supplements, a natural testosterone booster used by MMA standouts such as "Razor" Rob McCullough, Phil Baroni, and Andrei Arlovski!

I don't know about natural...but you must remember you have to cycle these natural test boosters...lol...i don't know why they are so natural since you have to cycle them :)

anyways i'll drop some after i find them...there is a bunch actually that work pretty well

When scientists say "natural," all they mean is that the ingredients used to make it can be found in nature, not synthesized in a lab like steroids are.

Those barely exist anymore.

From T-Nation. Time to get your ass on the couch
"8. Athletes and Low Testosterone

It seems counterintuitive, but male athletes typically have lower Testosterone levels than couch potatoes!

Comparative studies have shown again and again that free and total T concentrations in chronically trained athletes (runners, weight lifters, rowers, cyclists, and swimmers) are surprisingly low. In fact, the Testosterone levels of trained subjects were only 60-85% of untrained men.

While FSH and LH levels of trained men didn't differ from untrained men, T levels were significantly affected. Some researchers attribute the discrepancy to alterations in hepatic and extrahepatic (muscles, skin) metabolism of Testosterone, which can't be compensated for by the athletes' gonads.

And, while exercise of any kind for as little as 5-30 minutes results in a significant increase in Testosterone, levels decline below baseline 15-60 minute later. What's more, this reduction below baseline can last up to three days, depending on the duration and intensity of the exercise!"

i am not looking for products per se, also foods, different vitamins, whatever

i know squats and deadlifts at the beginning of your workout release more testosterone....supposedly because your thighs are close to the testes and blood has to travel to the thighs more during these exercises....and pick up extra testosterone from the testes as the blood travels back to the heart...combine this with something like Gamma-O and a diet with lots of healthy fats and your test level should rise quite a bit...also nap for 30-50 mins during the day and 8-9 hours at night...however more than 12 hours sleep in a 24 hour period can cause test to drop again

Tongkat Ali and tribulus terrestris. sources all over the net, or your local natural store.

I found this whilst looking myself. Seems interesting.

*edit*

Extra question however, i have read in 2 different articles that firstly abstinence increases T levels and some say regular sex increases them. so what is it? (im assuming masturbation would also be covered)

If your a guy who is 35 and under there is nothing that will boost your testerone. Your testerone levels are at peak levels and nothing will raise them. Everything on the market to boost testerone is crap. DHEA is the only thing that can boost it if it is deficient. My advice go to your doctor ask for a hormone profile and check to see if your testerone is low......Tribulus and all the other garbage out there does nothing except boost the wallets of the the people who make that stuff........www.holistichealthnj.com

I don't want to help spread hearsay, but I recall a T-nation article pointing out that abstinence increased T levels for the first few days, but it was followed by a decline past normal levels after that.

Take it with a grain of salt.

edit:

While I agree most products out there are BS, checking out your website does not exactly lend to your credibility IMO.

u give absoilutely no evidence to support your very ridiculous statements.

So i spose the best idea would be to abstain for 3-4 days at a time then go for some nookie then abstain again.
