Jose Torres is a two division champ in Titan FC and just moved to 7-0 with a ko. It seems as if his move to UFC is inevitable. He has talked about wanting to be on UFC 225 in Chicago and it’ll likely happen. How do you see him doing in the UFC?

He's pretty good. 4 or 5 fights, granted he wins them all, sets him up to fight the boss of all bosses. War MM

That knock out was vicious

Were you watching the whole card?

No I was watching Bellator I tuned in about when I thought Torres would fight. Any gems on the card? I can always rewatch in fight pass

Need to see his wrestling tested and fight someone UFC level before I can get hyped.

It was an extremely weird card with a brutal groin strike and a leg break. Torres was the notable though. Kid is the future.

I meant financially lol he should do fine in the division and then lose to MM like everyone else.
He won't have to go through MM after the mouse gets snake bit. The belt is about to change hands.

This, Henry Cejudo and Sergio Pettis came in looking very good in other orgs, and look at the difference in how they've performed in the UFC(and even with that, look at MM vs cejudo)

You think Cejudo has performed poorly?

may not have stated it clearly, i meant the difference between sergio pettis and cejudo. They were both talked about as potential future champs before they were signed to the UFC but look at how different their trajectories have gone despite that

Not like Cejudo has exactly been bad in his career. He only has a loss to Mighty Mouse (who showed him the levels of mma) and Joseph Benevidaz (which was close)

He trains with the likes Dillashaw and Cub, so yea he's on the right track. I think an intriguing matchup would be him and Brandon Moreno. the UFC needs to sign this dude ASAP, could be a big shockwave in the current shallow state of the UFC flyweight division.
