I personally think that is what he was alluding to because I don't know what else he could mean. I think for indigenous Americans that is an insensitive comment at best. However I don't think it was a dog whistle or some coded message for Europeans to resume slaughtering them. I just think it was Trump making an inappropriate pun.

I think it's way more wrong and despicable for Elizabeth Warren to go around parading as an indigenous American for personal and political gain. In fact it's revolting.
