Was the Spivac Acosta robbery worse than Sanchez Pearson

I had to truly search my memory for a more obvious robbery. I just can’t think of many old school robbery as blatant. What makes this humorously bad is the robberies occur so consistently the fans are over it the same night. Take that. Take that. . I don’t think I saw any topics about this one after the fights, but yeah. I thought Spivac did enough to win. I don’t understand why he didn’t grapple more, but I still thought he won.

I had it 29x28 Spivac, but this wasn't close to one of the worst decisions in the sport. Pearson vs Sanchez is top 15 or 20.

You could tell the UFC had a favorite in Waldo, the broadcast was glazing him all fight

Not nearly as bad. The unanimous is bad, but Costa actually won a round, so you only needed the 2 judges who turned over the first round to Waldo as well. Both fights had an egregious 30-27, but Sanchez didn't win any round.

I thought Spivac won but it was close. Classic case of pitter patter vs a few big shots landed. Spivac landed the bigger shots but didn't thro much after the first. Waldo was pitter pattering but it looks like Spivac was blocking pretty much all the shots. I think the corwd may have swayed the judges too, they were booing Spivac when Buffer announced him for some reason.

30-27 was bad and I disagree with Waldo winning the 1st round but Waldo winning was better for the division even if it may not have been the right decision. The top of the division desperately needs fresh match ups. Spivac winning would have just meant he fights down again cause he just lost to Almeida a fight ago. Where as Waldo winning means he gets a top 5 guy next and it will be a fresh match up regardless of who he fights.
