The way JDS's head moves forward, and not sideways, shows the trajectory of the force. Other angles show it more clearly landing illegally. Even Gane admitted it.

I think it was legal, you could argue jds was moving in a way to milk the angle to cry foul over after the fact.


In general I'm getting tired of jds as a fighter. He is a great guy don't get me wrong but hasn't improved his skill set, when he misses with his hay makers he reeeeally whiffs on a level you don't see too much in professional mma, plus his last few fights look like he is just looking for a paycheck and phoning it in.

I'm tired of watching him fight honestly, nothing about his style makes me hype, the opposite actually. I'm probably gonna stop caring to watch any future fights of his, just off principle (he just isn't going in there to fight the right way, he never evolved out of hooks, bodyshots and a spinning back kick). Talk about one dimensional hw. Good resume, very basic fighter with questionable heart and fighter iq these days.
