Paper champ won't stop talking shit.

Literally can't believe he said to Gus that his career-defining moment is getting beat by Jones.. like wtf the public was split 50/50 on that one.. where as Jones EASILY school cormier and made his Olympic wrestling credentials look like shit.

Also another reason being is that Jones is the most dominant UFC fighter of all time IMO. He surpassed Silva and GSP and he is the real deal, none of this Mcgregor hype before he even achieves anything or the constant Ronda hype in a division that's so weak most top 10 fighters can't throw a proper combo and have their feet follow accordingly.

He already took DC to schoo.

Providing he can get clean (cough*keep that T/E ratio normal*cough), I'd rather see him avenge his gifted win against Gus. That's a more exciting style match up.

Did he really say the part about career defining moment?

I mean it actually is true but it is hilarious for him to discredit Gus because of it when he got beat worse by Jones

I'd like that but I'd rather have Gustafsson make him eat his words.

Big DC fan. So glad he got a UFC belt. He should been the one to waste Cain.

But missing Jones has highlighted just how good he is. Another level.

He'll come back, clear the LHW division. Then hopefully move up to HW and cement his legacy.

We're lucky to be witnessing such a freak athlete.
It's like watching GSP come up. We never appreciated his athleticism until he was gone.

Hope DC wins against Gus and Jones.

    Scored DC Bones 48-47 Jon.

Small adjustments and he could beat Bones.

I hate Cormier's mouth more than anyone else in UFC history!Maybe it's because he gets so much fox airtime but he is pissing me off. After Rockhold beat Machida he is telling THE CHRIS that he is scared of Luke(yeah right!I think Wiedman could beat D.C.)Since he won his fake belt he is SO PLEASED with himself than even Stann was saying he wants to see him get punched out in the prefight banter before TJ vs Barao

Bones has been training at Jackson/Wink MMA for the past couple months. Not sure how his legal thing is going though.

I actually think Jones beats him worse next time. Jones at the time of this fight didn't even train year round. He only trained when he had fights. Now he lives in New Mexico and trains consistently. On top of that Jones was doing Cocaine a month before the fight. The fact that he can go and do cocaine a month before the biggest fight of his career is amazing to me.

Not to mention Jones literally fought DC's fight. Everything Jones did was exactly what DC wanted except for being able to take Jones down.

To me the funniest part of that fight is when it was clear DC lost and instead of trying to land a hail marry fluke KO punch he grabs Jones and struggles to try slam him to the mat for a shitty takedown just to validate his own ego.

Bones never trained constantly anyways. He only trained when he had a fight. This is well known now. He moved to NM recently after the DC fight to start training full time.

I think it'll be a closer fight, because DC will go full grapple mode instead of following, and trying to strike with him.

It was just sad to see DC in the cage trying to get some sort of victory out of that fight.

Cormier mouth is unbearable but him beating jones in a rematch is not out of the realm of possibilities. Btw using that argument against Gus is dumb
