Was Gall vs Northcutt the worst example of fight IQ in recent UFC memory?

I can't recall a fighter throwing a fight like that since Anderson Silva and Chris Weidman I...Everytime Northcutt was building a solid attack or gaining momentum on the feet he would taunt Gall and let Gall get right back into the fight.

Throwing a hook while your opponent has your other arm trapped isn't something I expected to see from a Karate/Tae Kwon Do black belt either lol.

Both Northcutt and Sage got signed to the UFC way too early.. Both of them got signed when they had 5 or less pro MMA fights, both guys will probably need 4-5 years before they start to make a serious impact in the division.
