He looked slow, and not like his usual self, even Cody admitted to it.
Also strange that he wouldn't sit down during the post-fight presser.
Of course, he made no excuses and said everything was fine, but I wouldn't be surprised if he goes in for surgery, or has a severe case of hemorrhoids ;-P
Unlike Cain, maybe he kept his injuries to himself because he thought Cody would be an easy fight.
Not taking anything away from Garbrandt; his gameplan to stay back and counter was solidly executed, and unexpected. But Dom should've adjusted as a master tactician he prides himself in being.
Perhaps it was just an off night made more evident by a good performance from his hungrier opponent.
Dillashaw should be next up.

Yea it was mr.popo who injured him. Saw it with my own eyes damn it!

Mizugaki - legit win, but he get's dropped left and right
TJ Dillashaw - won via being fan favourite
Third fight with Faber - Faber was on his way out and too old

Dominick Cruz was never my friend

Are we making up excuses for fighters when they don't come up with any of their own?

He finally fought someone with a solid boxing background. Every fighter has bumps and bruises.

or maybe he wanted that Ronda Rousey PPV cut. Or maybe he wasn't injured at all. He did his thing the whole fight.

He looked like shit, very slow and sloppy. Not his normal "prime" movement that's for sure.

I never really cared for his style, but he definitely looked old to me.

It couldn't just be that Cody was just that good last night, right?
