Was Chris Lee Always the Decenting Judge?

There were a couple splits, and in the Jones/Gus fight Chris Lee was the judge who gave a 49-46 (according to MMAMania).

If anyone knows this judge was always the dissenting opinion, I'd appreciate the info. Judges need to start being accountable for their decisions, and knowing names and hearing reasoning for scoring is step one.
