I don't know any other way of saying this so I'm just going to come out and say it. You sound like a self-righteous ass, you know that guy that people nod to while he's speaking and then talk about him once he leaves. Well, you're that guy.

You didn't train for that fight. You didn't step inside that cage and get punched in the face. You were being told by everyone that you were on the wrong side of tune up fight and that you were getting knocked out. You weren't on the verge of losing your job as a fighter under the Zuffa umbrella. You weren't fighting for the first time on an UFC PPV main card.

Who the HELL ARE YOU to tell him how to celebrate after a win? Because YOU weren't entertained. His celebration was for HIM not for YOU so fuck off.
 
That was my reaction after realizing the fight was over.
 
He was actually shouting to wake everyone up. You should thank him or you might have ended up sleeping through and missing Millar v Lauzon.

Yeah good for him. I'll chalk his boring ass game plan to first time jitters and give him the benefit of the doubt.

But if his next fight or two is like this, he will probably get the axe after his first loss or two.

No I don't have a problem with it, he had a stressful year. He was forced out of a fight due to wearing contacts, he took a fight in a crappy organization due to Strikeforce being a mess in which he got robbed of a win, and he took this fight on 8 days notice. When you take a fight on short notice you shouldn't be expected to 'put on a show' you just need to try and survive and win AND expect that your President doesn't bash your performance when you did him a favor.

His fight was boring, but wasn't his fault, and he deserves to be happy for pulling off the upset.
