Was 85 to 95 the GOAT ten years of music?

Not saying MY personal top ten years for music as I would have straight said 70s die to my love of 70s rock) But overall 85 to 95 had great music for everyone.

In rock genre you had
Metal kings in their primes
Hard an glam rock half in prime half out
Grunge prime
Alternative prime

In Country most country was still COUNTRY though duri g this period pop country did start to rear its hideous head.

Gangster rap in its prime
Most iconic pop stars for a 10 year period IMO.

Anyone think another 10 year span was better?

MUSIC today is imo awful . Rock in all forms is dead basically, country is dead taken over by pop country, Rap has had s few decent artist but not much, n shitty pop music dominates air play.

I always say that the 90's was the last great era of music.

There's still good music from the last 20 years, but it's not exactly ground breaking the way it was in the 60's-90's.

There's no fucking "prime" when it comes to music.Or anything, really. It's all a matter of personal preferences and what you're relating to, and there's no decade or century that's better than the other.

I say that being partial to 90-96 as my absolute favorite.
