They were both good but they have nothing on Bonnar/Griffin.

I met Micky Ward, he is my favorite fighter in any sport, and a super nice guy, so I gotta go with Gatti/Ward.

The brutality of that fight was something to marvel at. And the guys had ultimate respect for each other. Just came to leave it all in the ring.

Man and just to see him walking around talking or signing a boxing glove for someone like me and being super cool just goes to show you that him and Gatti just didn't fight that way, they lived that way.

    obviously both sets were amazing.

I prefer V-M because both guys were simply more skilled. I prefer to think of both of them as trilogies and just forget the last V-M which just made me sad (although I watched it and I hope both guys made some $)

Exactly. There was no animosity. Just pure love of the sport and competition. Very humbling and a supreme definition of an athlete.

Both were great rivalries, but Marquez vs. Vasquez was fight on a higher skill level, like Barrera vs. Morales.

Ward - Gatti was relatively 2nd tier in terms of skill.

And then having Micky in Arturo's corner in his later fights. Thats becoming blood brothers the hard way...
