"We catch him in the street," Aldo said during a UFC 200 media day in Rio de Janeiro, asked what he would do if McGregor never returned to his division. "No matter how, we will fight. F--k it."

"No way," the Brazilian told MMA Fighting about the possibility of retiring without fighting McGregor again. "Only if he stops fighting. As long as he's in the UFC, this fight will happen. That's a fact. We will get the belt back and be champion again. We'll move up. The UFC will do this fight. It doesn't matter at which weight. I don't care."

P.S. I don't even wanna see how he'll be looking like. He's already aged 30 years only in 2015.

Aldo will lose again precisely for this reason. He is so butthurt, (understandably). He has said there is nothing to learn from the last loss. Instead of learning and growing he has chosen to stay butthurt and emotional and stagnant.

I want Aldo to get the rematch so badly, but dislike that he'll have to go through Frankie to do it. I don't think I've ever been more conflicted about the outcome of a fight....

"Conor's win was a fluke, he is Irish joker, I will fight him any time even on the streets!"

"Hey Aldo, RDA is injured, wanna step in???"

"Ummmm well idk prob notttt"

Imagine that they do have a rematch, and then gets finished even quicker. He would probably throw himself from the MGM Grand..

As much as I want to see this fight I think Conor takes it again. he was "gotten to" before they fought. That loss is clearly eating him alive. I'd love for WEC Aldo come back hungrier than ever but I'm not sure that's gong to happen. I want to see Aldo's revenge but I'm not sure he's capable. That's why Aldo/Edgar is the fight I'm looking forward to most this week.

I'll admit to being verrrrrrrrry interested to see what Aldo looks like, as well as just wanting to see the fight.

I'm worried for Aldo. These comments after that conor ko are impossible to defend lol. He hasn't even acknowledged his mistakes from the first match. Edmond levels of fight iq.

Can't blame aldo for wanting to be in the best shape possible for when he faces his archenemy mcgregor again.
