I just wanted to give a shout out to my instructor at Cesar Gracie's Caio Terra for winning at the Mundials. His style was hard for some of us to get used to at Cesar's but I am glad I stuck around. Good job Caio you are a freaking ninja.

It's humbling for a big guy like me to get my ass kicked by a "skinny little kid."

I've learned a lot from Caio. He was a good find for Cesar at last years Mundials.

He has a a way of running things. Even at our school with big name fighters he was able to put his brand on our team. That's saying a lot for a 22 year old, 137lb, black belt Mundial Champ!
