Want to take up a grappling art but which one?

I'm a Judo guy, so my preference is clear. If you have wrist issues you will want to address that very specifically though. There's a LOT of wrist strength required in Judo, perhaps not for any specific techniqure, but after drilling or randori your wrists can quickly reach the limits of endurance. This is of course when injuries are the most likely.

Have you tried to specifically work on your hand/wrist strength? There are a lot of good programs out there I can reccomend as I got really into it 2-3 years ago.

But for reals though take judo if the instructor is in any way legit.
