Hi, i am a guy who used to wrestle but is getting a bit fat now i have stopped. I am wanting to reduce my fat levels. I know that the only thing better than hard training is smart training so what are the best work outs for decreasing fat levels....

I have heard interval training and HIIT (sp?) training is meant to be very good...

Anyone got any ideas for me?
 
in a nutshell, do your cardio to burn the fat, lift weights to aid burning the fat.

Cardio and weights combined is a good formula to burn that fat. Also if you do it in the morning, that's where the fat burning really kicks in. I usually get up at 4am and i use that method. It's worked for me before when i lost 40lbs. two years ago, and now i'm back to using that formula and i like the results i'm getting.
