Im following Beradi 7 Habits.
Stats:
15th June 2011

5 Feet 10.5 Inches
153lbs
17 Years Old

7AM: 3 Fried Eggs + Multivitamin + 1 Fish Oil

I then made a big salad with spinach, red peppers, tin of tuna, 120g Chicken Breast, tomatoes.

10AM: Had 1/3 of the salad + 1 Fish Oil

12:00: Had 1/3 of the Salad + 1 Fish Oil

2PM: Last 1/3 of the Salad + 1 Fish Oil

5PM: 200g Natrual Yoghurt with Agave + 1FO

Boxing 6-8

8PM 25g whey protein with water + Mixed Veg (peas,carrots,sweetcorn) + 75g Brown Rice + 120g chicken breast all cut up into a bowl.
