Gaining weight is NOT about finding the right magic supplement. It IS as simple as consuming more calories that you burn.

You need to be more dedicated to your nutrition. The classic 'hard gainer' works out hard but eats like a bird despite their occasional big meals. You need to consider the training table (re: food) as your real workout. Be more devoted to your eating than you are to your workouts.

Eat more than you burn and you WILL gain.
