Want to add C&J into my routine?

    I'm currently doing dead/bench/squat on M/W/F

    what would be the best way to start C&J'ing with my routine?

    Should I drop deadlifts?

    I would Clean & Jerk Monday/Friday and Deadlift on Wednesday.

    I would lower the volume on the deadlifts and add them to that day. There's a lot of variability here.

    Either that, or I'd do one Monday deadliifts, and the next week do C&J instead (and then repeating).
