Fedor is more of a brawler than Wand. Both have fighting skills when they choose to use them. Go watch the Stann/Wand fight, it started as a brawl but then Wand settled down and picked Stann apart by using superior technique.

Bisping/Wand, Hunt/Wand, and Crocop/Wand 1 are other examples of how technically good silva is when he needs to be.
