I don't think Silva can beat Jones. Jones is much bigger than Silva and has a longer reach against him, not to mention great wrestling.

I think if the two were to fight, Jones would easily throw Silva to the ground and bust him up on the ground with his G&P.

I only see a heavyweight beating Jones. What u guys think?

IF jones decided to stand and trade with silva, he will probably get ko'd. I think stand up wise silva is pretty much better than jones. But since that won't happen, i see jones taking him down and hellbowing him to a tko victory.

From under to light-heavyweight Anderson has the best chance of beating Jones. At heavyweight there is Overeem, Cormier, Cain and Dos Santos who would have a better chance at beating at him.

I am not a Jones fan, but I think he may clean house in HW as well

The only way Jones would lose to Anderson is if he decided to trade with him, but Jones is a lot smarter than that.

 

not enough respect for Anderson. Granted Jones is a huge obstacle to defeat but if there's anyone who can do it is Anderson Silva.
Not sure if we will ever see this fight but they don't call the Anderson the best for nothing.

 

A HW has a better chance, but Anderson has a great shot against Jones. And nt just if Jones "chooses to stand" with Anderson. Jones still has holes in his striking defense that Aderson can exploit. Anderson also has an excellent chin, does not cut, has KO power in all 8 limbs, and has plenty of cardio. None of Jones' opponents have had all of these attributes plus Anderson's level of striking.

 

I wouldn't say he's the only one but outside of heavyweight I say hes got a better shot than anyone else.

 

Excluding heavyweights I would agree. Well, he has the best chance due to his superior striking, I think.
