Don't be so stupid. Nate's happened the day before when he was the main event, not 6 weeks in advance for a guy who was the third fight on the card.

 

Problem is now that Wandy did this the AC's will be after him in even fuller force in the future for testing. You can probably forget about Wandy ever fighting on a card in Vegas again.

 

Wand wasn't even actually applying for a license, no disciplinary action can be taken by the NSAC

I think they can still deny him a license if he had taken the test and tested positive. NSAC tested Vitor for the scheduled May 24 fight with Weidman, but the reason they couldn't release the results was because Vitor had not applied for a license yet.

When applying for a fight license in Nevada, you waive your right to keep the results of any testing from the public.
