I think they can still deny him a license if he had taken the test and tested positive. NSAC tested Vitor for the scheduled May 24 fight with Weidman, but the reason they couldn't release the results was because Vitor had not applied for a license yet.

When applying for a fight license in Nevada, you waive your right to keep the results of any testing from the public.
