Wamrage (Mod) openly lying about my identity

Wamrage (Mod) apparently did an IP check and confirmed that I am some poster named Gargamel when I have never ever posted on Sherdog before. I would like a site moderator or someone with some kind of authority to check into this.

The mod is not only lying, he is false claiming I am someone who I am not. This has to be some sort of serious violation.

I'm kindly asking the people who maintain these forums to look into this.

Wamrage didn't break any rules that i could see, he just seemed to be having fun getting you all worked up. Like saying he has your gimmick on the ignore list (mods have no ignore list BTW). If you want to contact someone higher up you can PM any of the admins directly, although they will probably read this thread anyways.

1) It's sarcasm, as Standard pointed out, it's pretty obvious when I say I have your gimmick on my ignore list when everyone knows Mods can't ignore posters.

2) As Standard pointed out - Greater leniency on personal attacks. If you're going to continually start stupid threads in order for attention, be prepared to get negative attention from regular posters as well as the mods. Everyone is getting quite tired of the nonsense - "Who Wins? Cartman vs Stewie", "Should I stop making threads?" etc. Quit being an attention whore if you can't handle what is going to come your way.

3) Had I posted your IP address publicly I could see you having a right to complain, but I didn't reveal any of your personal information and simply made a comment that you already have a gimmick account you use to start stupid threads.

4) Don't post these threads in Customer Service in the future, that is not what the forum is for.

5) Most users would've received double yellow cards by now for the amount of stupid threads you've started in the OT in the last 2 weeks. Consider yourself lucky.

How is it an abuse of power for him to make up something to get your fired up? He's not in contradiction to any of the rules that moderators or regular posters follow, you can still contact admin if you don't believe me though.

Either way I wouldn't take things too seriously in OT, in fact this may be a good time to just step away from the comp for awhile.
