So I wanna hang my 100LB Banana Bag up in my house and this is my only option. Has anyone here ever used one before? Heard anything about them? Do you think a spring would help take some stress off it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I put three bolts in two 2x4's in my garage. Holds my 100lb just fine.



Don't know if this is an option for you, though.
