Hi folks,

Felt like posting a thread in the Heavies after watching the preview on the HW title fight.

In Francis' fight against Overeem, after the KO he extends his arms and says something. The commentator got it wrong thinking he was saying "Where's the belt?". It was actually "Voilà ce qui se passe !", which translates from French to "Here's what happens!".

That's all.

On a side note, I'm rooting for Ngannou and believe he can be better than Stipe, but I'm afraid this fight comes up a bit too early in his career. I'm not sure how he will handle the pressure of a title fight. Can't wait for the fight anyway!

Yeh can confirm. Still tho WAR STIPE

i enjoy freedom fries. go stipe u got this

Ngannou is the second coming.

GOAT potential written all over him.

If he loses to Stipe, it's only because he's too green. In 2-3 years he's gonna be the champ (or still be the champ).

Fck french speaking people....

The best one was during a promo for a Cheik Kongo fight in Bellator where he said "il va sentir la grosse batte de Paname", meaning "he's going to feel the baseball bat of Paris". For some reason, the translator heard "il va sentir la grosse bite de Paname", so he wrote in the captions "he's going to feel the big dick of Paris".

lmao absolutely not, the fuck

dude is pure physical gifts, thats all. not a skill-based fighter.

That's the point.

Skills can be learned (more so with his physical gifts), while physical gifts will have a clear ceiling.

Stipe reached his ceiling, Ngannou isn't even close to reaching his though.

couldn't sleep at night without knowing, thank you.
