Man I hate seeing Vitor like this. The dudes a legend who gets no respect around here. But in all seriousness, whatever he is currently doing to get into fight shape, is clearly not working for him. The guy looked so bad in his last fight. No snap or power in his punches anymore. Lack of confidence. Lack of cardio.

I would bet my house on Hendo if they ever fought again. Vitor looks worse than Hendo these days and that is saying a lot.

All 40 year olds should be allowed to use TRT under strict supervision.
