I personally dont have a huge problem w/ cuts, unless i get hit real clean. But I was wondering if there was a vitamin/mineral that strengthens your skin and keeps you from getting cut as much. It wouldn't hurt to take it if it even exists.
natural vitamin E, C, A, Zinc, Fish Oil, lecithin... hmm don't remember anything else right now..
vitamin A is for repairing and maintenence of the skin.. vitamin K for blood clotting.. both are very easily overdoseable so i'd watch out for that one..:icon_chee
^ everything he said, and I think that Selenium helps muscle elasticity.... Don't overdo any of your vitamins..... I don't think thay any of them will have a huge effect on your skins strength.
