The IT dept in work have rang me and said my PC has been identified as having viruses. Now given that I spend all day on the tinternet instead of work. I think I might be fucked.

Anyone had this happen in work? Did you get a telling off?

Also, recommend me a new job. I didn't like mine anyway

Edit- no I wasn't looking at porn

Don't worry about it, relax.
Just think how much more nervous you'd be if you had been looking at child porn.

Lol. I know. I'd just pack my stuff now. I'm expecting a warning, luckily I've never been pulled up before.

No biggie. Computers come up with viruses all the time. Do you really think you're the only cat browsing the internet at work?

Agreed. Relax and dont worry too much. Doubt anyone will take note.

What r ur companies policy for this sort of thing?

Yeah, it's not like they'll track your IP to see the messageboards you've joined and all the post content associated with your user name, how-to marijuana, embezzlement, homosexual marriage.

Yeah, ask my co-worker Edith. She does fuck-all all day.

music downloads bittorrent

They likely track all your web traffic already, so they already know you are a lazy fuk...

Our work complained to employees about being online, so everyone switched to using their smart phones to surf online unregulated. I'd say I do 50/50 of my time wasting on my phone and on my work computer. It's all about if you get your work done at my office and the quality of your work. Once you have decent work ethic, they couldn't care if I'm online all day

To sum it up, unless your work is ran by dudes over 80, you should be fine. Being online is accepted for the most part as part of life these days. You'd have to work with real nazi's and people left a generation or two behind for this to be an issue

I'll be using my phone in future

It's pretty common practice these days to have some web tracking software running right on their firewall....this software sends out reports to IT and to management on a weekly or monthly basis...

They know everything

Make sure it's not connected to your companies WiFi....

They're not to bothered about us using it, I'm just worried about getting me walking papers, the chubbman can't afford to be unemployed

If you get fired, oh well.

Don't stress and don't force.

All I'm saying is that if you use their WiFi, they are then able to track your web bowing on your phone as well...
