They also arrested our missing Canadian armed forces member with them. He was being investigated by our armed forces (for nazi stuff) when he ran for the US border and was helped by The Base.

The people have the right under Virginia law to do exactly what is being restricted and what you are stating isn't an infringement.

They can however through proper channels change state law. The part of your post in bold says "Constitutional rights", not state law. Open carry is not a constitutional right.

I think part of the reason people are losing it over this is cause of what led up to it.
