Just found his channel on random a day i was searching YouTube for chumphon Thailand videos.
He got alot of training videos. Kinda cool to watch if you ever been to Thailand.
Also alot of solo training videos on the heavy bag. That is relevant to me. Because the last 6 month i have done most of my training alone on the bag.
His videos have become a part of my pre workout thing. I just let the videos play on my smart TV while eating my breakfast and coffee.
Great mental PWO to get me into Thailand mood.
