My power clean has improved a lot recently and I feel a lot more comfortable with the lift overall. I have recently started doing high pulls with the same narrow grip but they just feel awkward. I am trying to explode up and smash the hips right through , but sometimes it just feels like I am doing a massively bodged upright row. Anyone have any good videos or tips to help me with it? I'll try and get a form video next time I'm in the gym, if I can remember. Thanks.
