I think Bisping talks a lot of sense here.

Whittaker out-played Romero in the last outing... but at that time Romero was there to be played. He was a typical KO-jockey riding off quick wins and didn't bargain for the long slog against a tough endurance fighter like Rob.

Whilst I will be rooting for Robert, I think beating Romero for a second time will be a tall ask. I see Romero playing it much safer and exploding at the right moment.

Having said that, war Whittaker! It's impossible not to like the kid and I really hope he does well.

I don't know about you all, but I'm very interested in this rematch. Whittaker is the most under the radar , talented champ I've seen. Very hard to root against him. And well, Yoel is just a destroyer. Looking forward to their scrap!

Yup, Bisping is a smart guy, there was a very good reason he fought Hendo and GSP during his time as champ.
 
Whittaker is younger, fitter, harder puncher and almost as explosive
