"Dagestani" wrestlers is an extremely broad category, just as "American wrestlers" is. Kevin Lee was not a top level american wrestler and Khabib is not a top level Dagestani wrestler, so this doesn't exactly offer a lot of insight into anything in terms of an MMA result between the two.
