Q: Why at 173 lbs?
Because the fight is not for a title, the fight can be fought at 168, 173, 172
there is no title at stake, so there is no need to fight at any exact weight
Q: I heard that you can still drop down to 160, what about a Sergio Martinez rematch?
I am willing to drop down to 160lbs, but for me to drop down that low there requires
to be an important fight, like a Martinez bout. That is just to much strain on my body to
drop down that low.
Q: Julio what are you really putting at stake in this fight?
Everything, everthing, In these types of bouts you can lose is all, and not win big. People
expect me to win big, and give a great performence by knocking him out.
Q: All this time out of the ring, how will this effect you?
Well I always run, and stay in the gym. I am a young man that was born into this. I think the
inactivity has helped me out, I am rested, my mind has fresh ideas, and I really want to fight.
