Shitty deadlift form, not doing real squats, no oly lifts or any other full power workout...

3/10 that is the best I can do.
 
Would love to see more fighters show some of their weight training exercises!
 
wow 3 pages in and we've yet to see that sherdog old chesnut of keyboard gym rats commenting on how in the edited footage of a pro athlete being instructed by a professional s + c coach.... he is 'doing it wrong'

yeah I can lift similar weight to JDS, i bet I can take him....
 
well he isnt exactly a pro strongman, if he was he would be deadlifting over 3 times as much. but that wouldnt be as effective for mma training anyway, he isnt gona be fighting anyone over 300lbs so by lifting around that weight fast to promote explosive speed and also endurance it seems like the correct way to do things.
